These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to the Mahjong IQ website, Hand Analyzer, and related services.
Mahjong IQ is operated by Intuitive Advantage Group LLC, doing business as Mahjong IQ. In these Terms, “Mahjong IQ,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Intuitive Advantage Group LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser or user of the Service.
By purchasing, accessing, or using Mahjong IQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please do not purchase or use the Service if you do not agree to them.
Mahjong IQ is an online strategy tool designed to help American Mahjong players evaluate tiles, explore potential hands, compare options, and consider gameplay decisions.

Mahjong IQ provides analytical and educational guidance only. It does not guarantee that any particular hand, recommendation, strategy, discard, or decision will result in a win.
You remain responsible for your own gameplay decisions.
The Mahjong IQ 2026 Hand Analyzer is offered as a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Your purchase provides access to the 2026 Hand Analyzer without a recurring subscription charge. There is no automatic renewal.
Applicable sales tax may be added during checkout based on your location.
Your purchase applies only to the annual version identified at the time of purchase, such as the 2026 Hand Analyzer.
Future annual Hand Analyzers may be offered separately. Purchasing a future version is optional and is not required to continue using an earlier version while that earlier version remains available.

Your purchase permits an unlimited number of hand analyses within the purchased annual version. “Unlimited” refers to the number of permitted analyses and does not constitute a promise that an online service will remain hosted or available indefinitely.
We intend to make purchased annual versions reasonably available, but online services depend on technology, hosting providers, internet access, security requirements, third-party services, and other operational factors.
We may maintain, update, modify, temporarily suspend, replace, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for:
When reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice before permanently discontinuing a purchased annual version.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
After purchase, you will receive an email containing an access code, an access link, or both.
The access link may apply the access code automatically. You may also enter the access code manually on the Mahjong IQ website.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address during checkout.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Hand Analyzer for your own personal and noncommercial use.
You may access the Hand Analyzer on more than one device that you personally use.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.
Mahjong IQ may be added to the Home Screen of a compatible phone or tablet for convenient access.
The Home Screen icon is a shortcut to the online Hand Analyzer. Adding the icon does not convert the purchase into ownership of downloadable software or guarantee that the Service will function without an internet connection.

We cannot guarantee that every device or browser will support every feature.
A purchaser must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
A minor may use Mahjong IQ only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian should make the purchase for anyone under 18 and is responsible for supervising the minor's use of the Service.
Mahjong IQ is not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through the website.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
You authorize the payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable tax.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, refunded, or identified as unauthorized or fraudulent, we may suspend the corresponding access while the issue is reviewed.
Because access to the digital Hand Analyzer is delivered promptly after purchase, purchases are generally final.

You retain any rights you may have in information you enter. You give us permission to process those inputs only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

Results may not account for every possible table condition, house rule, opponent decision, or gameplay variable.
You should confirm that you entered the tiles accurately and use your own judgment before acting on a recommendation.
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate analysis, but errors, omissions, outdated information, or differences in interpretation may occur.
You are responsible for consulting the current official card, rules, or guidance applicable to your game.
Mahjong IQ is an independent strategy product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party league, organization, card publisher, or software provider unless expressly stated.
The Mahjong IQ name, branding, software, design, interface, algorithms, text, graphics, recommendations, reports, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Intuitive Advantage Group LLC.
Your purchase gives you permission to use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of:
